Mr. Cinquemani is a co-founder and Principal of Integrated Strategies & Support (ISS). A seasoned business executive with a proven record of success in Professional Services, Mr. Cinquemani’s areas of expertise include general management, management consulting, strategic planning, new business development, sales and marketing management, large programs and outsourcing. With over thirty years of experience, Mr. Cinquemani has enjoyed success as a span manager, business consultant, large program manager and entrepreneur. He has successfully employed strong leadership skills, formal academic training and a broad range of general management experience in both large corporate environments and start-up businesses.
Prior to founding ISS, Mr. Cinquemani spent seventeen years with Digital Equipment Corporation. During his tenure at Digital, he held a number of senior management positions in the Professional Services Division. He designed and launched several successful business units that allowed Digital to enter new markets and generate significant revenues. These included the development of complete marketing, financial, operational and administrative business models. Other significant assignments at Digital included: U.S. Outsourcing Manager, Business Development Manager for the U.S. Systems Integration Division, and Network Business Manager for the Eastern Region.
As a result of managing large organizations responsible for worldwide client programs, Mr. Cinquemani has extensive operational experience across a broad range of managerial, technical and sales and marketing disciplines. With an extensive background in financial modeling, Master Agreements, SLA development and contract negotiations, he is considered an expert in the design, sale and management of complex support and integration programs with particular emphasis on outsourcing and program management.
Mr. Cinquemani holds an undergraduates degree in Business Management from Pace University, and an MBA from Columbia University. He currently lives with his family in Westchester County, NY.
