Ms. Holden is President and CEO of Integrated Strategies & Support (ISS). In this capacity she oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm including; sales, marketing, operations and administration. Ms. Holden has over thirty years experience in the information technology sector. She has particular expertise in the design and management of complex support programs and is particularly skilled at managing large technical teams delivering technology services.
Prior to her association with ISS, Ms. Holden spent fifteen years with Digital Equipment Corporation where she held a number of technical management positions. Her most recent assignments were as a Senior Program Manager and a Customer Services Manager. In these positions she was responsible for major programs involving the implementation and support of new technology for clients.
Ms. Holden has built a nationwide network of partners and subcontractors that allow ISS to offer a broad array of high-quality competitively priced services to our client’s on a nationwide basis. Her accomplishments in this area are directly related to her strong interpersonal, entrepreneurial and organizational skills. Ms. Holden lives n New York City and holds a degree in Business Management from Pace University.
